Returns & Exchanges Policy

At American Raccoon, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized uniforms

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items returned without a receipt or order number

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear


2. Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for different sizes or styles, depending on availability. If the item you’d like is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.

To start an exchange, contact us at with the email provided in your order receipt along with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to exchange.


3. Return Process

To return an item:

  1. Email us with the provided email address outlined in your order receipt, inlcude your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Ship your item back using a trackable method.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Include photos and a description of the issue in your message to our support email as indicated in your order receipt.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company

  • Contact your payment provider for status

  • If the issue persists, email us as indicated on your order receipt.
