  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • Custom or Bulk Orders: Processing times for custom, school-branded, or bulk orders may vary and will be communicated directly upon order confirmation.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by location and selected service:

Note: Delivery estimates do not include processing time.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders as part of promotions.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.


5. International Shipping

At this time, American Raccoon only ships within the United States and U.S. territories. For international inquiries or bulk school orders, please contact us directly as indicated in your order receipt.


6. Delays & Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please reach out to us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
